Welcome to Wildly Qualified ("we," "us," "our," or the "Platform"). By accessing or using our services, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Platform. These Terms apply only to users based in the United States.

2. Description of Services

Wildly Qualified operates a professional network connecting environmental consultants with companies seeking permitted professionals. Our Platform provides:

• For Consultants: Profile creation, permit management, document hosting, and visibility to potential clients
• For Companies/Searchers: Search tools, profile access, and contact information for consultants based on subscription tier

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 Account Types

• Consultant Accounts (Free): For environmental professionals listing qualifications and permits
• Searcher Accounts (Paid): For companies seeking qualified consultants

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By registering, you represent that:

• Your information is accurate and up to date
• You have the legal right to share uploaded content
• You will not impersonate others

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) and notify us of unauthorized activity.

4. User Conduct

4.1 Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Provide false information
• Violate laws
• Harass users
• Hack or scrape the Platform
• Upload malware
• Disrupt services or circumvent access controls

4.2 Data Scraping Prohibition

Automated data collection without written authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4.3 Permit Accuracy

Consultants must accurately list current permits. We do not verify permits; companies must conduct their own due diligence.

5. Consultant Content and Visibility

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload. We may store, transmit, and display it as necessary to provide services.

5.2 Profile Visibility

Basic profile details may be publicly visible. Full contact information is accessible only to paid subscribers. Visibility settings can be managed in your account.

5.3 AI Features

Using resume parsing features involves third-party processing. Users are responsible for reviewing and correcting extracted data.

5.4 Content Moderation

We may remove content that violates Terms, is offensive, or poses security/legal risks.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Subscription Tiers

• Free Tier: 2 profile views per 3 months
• Small Business: $69.99/year
• Power User: $169.99/year
• Enterprise: Custom pricing

6.2 Payment Terms

• All fees are in USD and processed via Stripe
• You authorize recurring charges unless canceled
• All sales are final. Refunds are not offered except as required by law

6.3 Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

• Subscriptions auto-renew annually
• You may cancel anytime; no refunds for unused time

6.4 Price Changes

We may update pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel before changes take effect.

6.5 Consultant Accounts

Currently free. We may introduce fees in the future with notice.

7. Data Sharing

7.2 Searcher Data Use

Searcher access to consultant data is conditional on active subscriptions. Data may not be resold or used outside legitimate hiring purposes.

7.3 Data Protection

We use industry-standard safeguards. Users may request account deletion at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

Platform software, design, and content (excluding user content) is owned by Wildly Qualified. Users may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Platform.

9. Third-Party Services

Includes Stripe (payment), Anthropic (AI parsing), and email providers. You agree to their terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

10.1 No Warranty

Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10.2 Permit Verification Disclaimer

We do not validate consultant permits. Companies must verify credentials and compliance.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10.4 User Relationships

We are not a party to consultant-company relationships and assume no liability for resulting disputes or issues.

11. Indemnification

You agree to hold Wildly Qualified harmless for claims arising from your use, violations, or uploaded content.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account anytime. We may terminate your account for violations. Access ceases upon termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration (AAA) except for small claims, IP issues, or injunctive relief. You waive class actions.

14. General Provisions

We may update Terms with notice. These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the complete agreement.
